On December 27, 2019, a test shipment of cargo from the terminal and logistics center “Bely Rast” was successfully completed. The first train loaded with Leroy Merlin cargo was sent along the route of the Bely Rast TLC to the Eurosib-Terminal-Novosibirsk TLC. In 2020, scheduled container shipments on international and domestic routes are planned.
TLC “Bely Rast” is a large-scale facility located 32 km north of Moscow, not far from the Moscow Small Ring (A107) and the Big Moscow District Railway Ring. The project has been implemented since 2017 by Russian Railways and Liaoning Port State Public Joint-Stock Company, created as a result of the integration of the Yingkou and Dalian ports. The total project area is 1.79 million square meters. m. The first phase of the project includes the construction of 3 loading / unloading fronts of 1050 m., storage facilities with an area of 36 thousand square meters. m., which will allow to process up to 300 thousand TEU. After the commissioning of the third, final stage of the project, the TLC capacity will be 725 thousand TEU.
